Return and Exchange Policy
There are no returns or exchanges for products purchased. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. However, if an item arrives faulty and was not caused my user error, we will work to help correct the defect if possible.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, there are no exchanges available for products ordered.
We will only replace items if they are defective, or damaged and if there is no way to fix the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jibbzpop@gmail.com.
